The institute is located on the campus of the Chemnitz University of Technology (University Part Reichenhainer Straße) close to the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology Chemnitz (FhG IWU) and opposite building H. The university campus is located on Reichenhainer Straße, easily accessible from the CHEMNITZ SÜD motorway junction (A72). Please follow the signs to the university part 3 or to the Fraunhofer Institute (near the campus).
